Account Manager - Marketing agency - Basingstoke - Hybrid - Perm - c£30K - £40K

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join a fast-growing full-service agency that works with clients across a range of sectors.

The team is made up of dynamic and creative individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality work to our clients.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Building strong relationships with clients

- Understanding clients' needs and developing solutions to meet them

- Developing project briefs and proposals

- Managing budgets and timelines

- Coordinating resources across departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard

- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments

- Ensuring all client communication is professional, timely, and accurate

Requirements:

- At least 3 years' experience in account management within a marketing or digital agency or tech account background.

- Proven track record in building strong client relationships.

- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.

- Strong organisational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.

- Experience in managing budgets.
