Role: X4 Client Services Managers - New Business Development

Based: London / Remote

Salary: £45,000 - 80,000 Depending on experience and an uncapped OTE £100 - 200K + excellent benefits

You will play a key role in supporting and attracting new clients to thrive by partnering with them on all aspects of the recruitment and onboarding process, you will be: -

? Exploring, building, and maintaining new relationships with clients.

Introducing new, and existing clients, and showing them how the business can support them to thrive in their changing worlds.

? Owning key sales work streams that enable the business to continuously improve its sales platform and processes.

? Implementing best practices and leading service reviews to improve both performance and the depths of those relationships.

? Working in partnership across each of their recruitment practice areas to identify key strategic opportunities for collaboration.

? Bringing innovative ideas and new approaches.

? Embedding and driving the purpose, values, and competencies across your team and the wider business.

They’re looking for a highly driven, consultative sales professional who is driven as much by building new relationships as they are at maintaining them for the long term.

Whilst the above is a priority, they would welcome any additional skills listed below and would be happy to help you develop skills in these areas further:

? Someone can write a sales strategy, focusing on a balanced client portfolio, and deliver it.

? Experience in recruiting, consulting, or selling across one or more of their key practice areas: Technology, Business Transformation, Financial Services, Pharma, Life Sciences and Legal.

? High levels of integrity, always wanting to enable your clients and peers to thrive.
