The Agency

My client is a media agency operating within a global network, and partners with some of the biggest brands in the world on an international scale.

The Role

As Creative Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Formulate and executive strategic plans for managing and expanding accounts.
• Cultivate client retention and forge robust, trust-driven relationships.
• Recognize client needs and pinpoint business opportunities within your portfolio.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to guarantee client satisfaction.
• Collaborate and synchronize with internal teams for efficient solution delivery.
• Recommend improvements and innovations to current tools and procedures.
• Aid sales teams in enhancing performance and meeting objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our business, products, competitors, and industry trends.

About You

• Demonstrates a can-do attitude, embracing challenges with confidence and enthusiasm
• Brings 3-4 years of experience in account management within creative agency environment
• Experienced in handling clients requiring extensive creative production.
• Capable of effectively managing multiple large accounts concurrently.
• Exhibits strong customer service and project management capabilities.
• Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized and adept at finding solutions.
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
• Self-driven and able to perform efficiently under pressure.
