ROLE: Creative Lead

Incredible opportunity for a highly skilled and ambitious Creative Lead to join a communication agency, with a focus on financial services.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop creative and strategic concepts that align with their brand and messaging across all channels
- Oversee the development of creative assets, including print materials, digital content, videos, and presentations
- Ensure all creative work meets the agency's standards of excellence and is delivered on time and within budget
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in the financial industry to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients
- Present creative concepts and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders with confidence and professionalism

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across different mediums
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically and translate client objectives into creative solutions
- Knowledge of finance industry trends and regulations
- Experience working with financial clients

Salary & Benefits

- £70-80k
- Hybrid working: 2/3 days in central London Office
- Private medical insurance
