Digital Operations Manager - Medical Communications 

Up to £34K DOE - Central London

Cpl Life Sciences are working with a leading Medical Communications agency, an independently owned and boutique agency with core therapy areas of focus in Cardiovascular, Diabetes and Wound Care. the company has increasingly focused on global digital channels and service.

The agency is unique in the way they use digital channels and platforms.

The role of Digital Operations Manager will have you managing marketing teams, overseeing all marketing campaigns in support of the Director, and being the main point of contact for clients.

The main responsibilities include:

• Managing the marketing team

• Liaise with clients (direct to pharma and media/creative agency’s)

• Website ad management and performance monitoring 

• Social Media marketing 

• Create marketing campaigns to increase users and engagement across emails and websites. 

• Input into the wider brands strategy to promote growth of users.

Requirements:

• Digital Marketing experience using a multi-channel approach (3 years plus)

• An understanding of Mail clients (HubSpot).

• A basic understanding of HTML

• A basic understanding of Google Analytics

• An understanding of Google Ad Manager

• Ability to manage and motivate a team.

Desirable:

• Educated to degree level

• Experience managing a team

• Experience with medical communications / Pharma industry

• Knowledge of ABPI

• Therapy area experience within Cardiovascular, Diabetes and Wound Care
