Role: Product Owner
Salary: Up to £55'000 DOE
Location: Bristol or London - Hybrid model (2 days p/w)

Sanderson are working with a market leading property management SaaS provider that are looking for a Product Owner to own their digital platform and be the product ambassador for internal and external stakeholders.

Experience Required:

  • A demonstrable experience of Digital Product Ownership
  • Have worked with Jira previously or understand how to use it to maximize its use.
  • Are extremely organized with close attention to detail.
  • An exceptional ability to communicate with people. You're a very natural people-person and bring genuine enthusiasm to the role.
  • A real passion for delivering great user experiences.
  • Experience of working in a scrum team to define, refine and continuously improve digital products.
  • A 'can-do' attitude and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Balancing complex requirements and translating these into user stories
  • Communicating clearly and successfully
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the COO, Client Relationship and Support team to maximize, understand and validate the value of user requirements.
  • Work closely with the Scrum Master to help prioritize and scope work capabilities.
  • Work with the Development Team to define and refine the Product Backlog
  • Manage stakeholder expectations in terms of delivery if necessary.
  • Take ownership of the Digital platform, and be the ambassador for the product for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise and correspond with our various clients, aiding and supporting their needs where applicable.
  • Learn all about the Property Management industry if you don't already have that experience.
  • Make sure releases are consistently hitting the mark in terms of quality value.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to efficiently communicate any updates and/or delays.
  • Be the primary contact for all questions from the team relating to the product.
  • Lead Sprint Planning and Refinement ceremonies.
  • Travel to various partner sites to build relationships and better understand stakeholder requirements.
