Graduate Marketing Assistant

Our client, a leading business in the Financial Services industry is seeking a Graduate Marketing Assistant to join their expanding team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to growth our client is looking to add a Graduate Marketing Assistant who holds a degree in Marketing or a similar field, ideally with a minimum of 6 months’ experience in a Marketing role who is looking to kickstart their career in a fast-paced environment.

As part of the role you will be responsible for assisting the department to execute the marketing strategy across the business, supporting with the design and execution of marketing literature in addition to other responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in executing the Marketing strategy across the organisation

- Responsible for all event preparations including printing of all literature

- Research, sourcing and ordering of branded merchandise

- Provide marketing support for teams across the business

- Create document artwork including leaflets, business cards and website documents

- Responsible for raising purchase orders, invoice management and tracking process.

Key Experience:

- A degree in Marketing or a similar business-related field

- Solid IT skills across Marketing-related packages, particularly Adobe suite

- Excellent writing ability and strong grammar

- Able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
