Are you a dynamic Events Marketing professional with a knack for driving B2B campaigns? Conference/Publishing business is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our Central London team. As a Senior Events Marketing Manager or Head of Events Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in executing world-class B2B event marketing campaigns for our rapidly growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage an existing marketing team.
- Coordinate campaign plans for global conferences and awards across email, social, website, and advocacy tools.
- Identify skill gaps and hire additional support where necessary.
- Collaborate with the Event team, CEO, and Excom.
- Other tasks include copywriting, email campaign management, social content creation, database management, website optimization, editorial newsletter updates, and more.
- Provide weekly reporting on campaign activity against KPIs.

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years' B2B event marketing experience
- 3+ years' experience managing marketing teams for events.
- Proficiency in multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience with website CMS, preferably Hubspot.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Understanding of Google's suite of products.
