Scope:

My client is a global healthcare company seeking a talented Marketing Automation Developer to join their team on a 12 month maternity cover contract. In this role, you'll be responsible for building, implementing, and managing marketing automation campaigns across all channels. You'll work closely with marketing and design teams to create effective email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and nurturing programs.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, and manage automated marketing campaigns and programs
• Create and execute email campaigns
• Develop and manage forms, ensuring optimal function and data tracking
• Manage contact list uploads and maintain segment health
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics
• Collaborate with digital strategists and project managers to develop campaign workflows
• Implement data quality controls for clean and accurate results
• Analyze campaign data and recommend improvements for increased engagement
• Continuously test and optimize campaigns for maximum performance

To apply you should demonstrate:

• Experience with a marketing automation platform such as Eloqua or Workfront
• Experience in digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, web)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
