Marketing Coordinator

(hybrid)

  • We are seeking an experienced marketeer with a background ideally in financial services or another regulated industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and the capacity to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders. Attention to detail, influencing skills, and a collaborative mindset are crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and action marketing requests, assessing complexity and determining appropriate next steps.
  • Liaise with, external suppliers, and internal teams to respond to requests within agreed SLAs and in accordance with best practices.
  • Review marketing collateral for accuracy, brand compliance, and legal requirements.
  • Undertake administrative tasks such as logging requests and maintaining shared files.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience in marketing, including digital expertise.
  • Familiarity with working within brand guidelines.
  • Strong administration and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Influencing and analytical skills.
  • Highly collaborative approach.
