£23,500 + Commission
Mon - Fri 9am-5pm

Main Purpose of the Role:
Your primary responsibility will be to initiate the journey of acquiring new business. You will be contacting B2B customers, tailoring your approach based on customer size and demographics, with the aim of generating face-to-face appointments or Teams Meetings for our Business Development Managers.

Responsibilities:
• Contacting prospective B2B customers to book appointments for BDMs
• Building and maintaining a high-quality pipeline of customers
• Updating the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information
• Achieving daily call time targets
• Liaising with BDMs and Team Leader to arrange appointments
• Communicating directly with both internal and external customers

Compliance:
• Comply with all requirements as directed by regulatory bodies and key stakeholders
• Be responsible for adequately protecting Company, customer, personal, and employee information
• Be aware of and comply with safe working practices under relevant legislation
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as required under the direction of the business

Skills and Experience Required:
• Previous experience in lead generation
• Experience in telecommunications is desirable but not essential
• Proficient in using a CRM system
• Ambitious, results-driven, with an eye for detail
• Resilient, confident, and tenacious with an engaging personality
• Can-do attitude, thriving on task completion
• Organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work
