Key Responsibilities:

- Produce high-quality pitches, matter lists, and marketing materials to attract and retain clients.

- Collaborate with lawyers to assess new business opportunities and devise strategic approaches.

- Provide invaluable support to lawyers, leveraging your expertise to optimise client development initiatives.

- Work closely with practice managers to align business development efforts with organisational objectives.

- Partner with their communications function to craft informative and engaging content that showcases the firm's expertise and values.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in managing pitch/RFP processes within a legal environment.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- A proactive self-starter with the drive to take initiative and deliver results.

- Previous interaction/CRM experience would be advantageous.

- Prior experience working within a law firm or legal services environment is essential.
