ROLE: Creative Designer

Exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Creative Designer with excellent Motion/After effects to join a communication consultancy which has a focus on healthcare and net-zero transition.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and lead innovative design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they align with the clients/brand strategy
- Mentor and guide a small team of designers, fostering an environment of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other teams, to deliver cohesive and impactful design solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve with design trends, technologies, and best practices, integrating them into our design culture and workflows.
- Present and articulate your creative vision and its alignment with project objectives.

Skills & Experience

- Ideas generating mindset
- Strong animation experience must
- Skilled in using Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects, Illustrator)
- Demonstrable conceptual understanding of design, typography and layout
- Previous experience in creating original design concepts and seeing them through to project completion
