Senior Internal Communications Manager - Music

Handle are working alongside a music led membership body, on the search for a Senior Internal Communications Manager, the team are looking for someone with a thorough background in Internal Communications, a creative approach and strong exposure to c-suite staff.

Responsible for internal events, communicating the senior staffs messaging, and ensuring that this great company's fantastic work environment is communicated to all staff; this is a fantastic opportunity and a chance to take real ownership of the internal comms for the whole business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the internal communications strategy and execute alongside the internal communications team (1 direct report)
  • Advise and partner with the CEO and c-suite team on strategic communications
  • Renew and develop the communication channels, to ensure that messaging is driving the desired results
  • Support for the wider HR team in delivering specific engagement initiatives
  • Alongside the events team, delivering the communications events across the year

You Will Have:

  • Previous experience at a senior level in Internal Communications
  • Exposure to working with senior leadership, and advising them on best practice
  • A knowledge of the creative industries and the issues that they face from a legal and corporate perspective
  • A track record of delivering internal communications campaigns, testing and trying out multiple channels
