Social Media Executive

We are looking to speak with a Social Media Executive seeking the next step in their career. This will be focused on utilising Social Media tools and campaigns to drive performance for the business. This opportunity will be to work with a growing inhouse business that is focused on providing dedicated products to both business (B2B) and also consumer (B2C) markets. This will be working across various brands and product lines within the fast growing group. You will contribute to the market-leading brands growth, engagement and community building.

This will be mainly an onsite role in the office (9-5:30pm) with potential for 1 day remote each week.

What you will do:

  • Managing and maintaining social media accounts across the group of businesses
  • Manage social media calendar, ensuring content is scheduled and relevant
  • Creating well-crafted written posts that resonate with and captivate the audience.
  • Monitoring and reporting on social media metrics and content performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Staying informed about relevant key dates, events for engagement and growth.
  • Collaborating closely with the wider marketing team to align social media efforts
  • Monitor and responding to incoming mentions across all platforms.
  • Work with the creative team to conceptualise, curate, and produce compelling content.
  • Video ideation and creation, leveraging multimedia content to enhance our social media presence.

What you will bring:

  • Experience in a similar Social Media role.
  • Good knowledge of key social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.
  • Social media scheduling tools, preferably Hootsuite.
  • Project management and communication skills
  • Ability to ideate and create attention-grabbing social media video content.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office suite.
